The O.N.E. Amazon Coin is designed to link one security to one hectare under a 30-year conservation agreement.
Each OAC would represent an interest in an investment vehicle owned by holders. The Internet of Forest™ is designed to provide evidence of the conserved hectare behind it.

The investment vehicle and Country Conservation Trust have distinct purposes. Funding allocations, distribution terms, and verification conditions would be established in the definitive documents.
[02] Conservation, with rights intact
An OAC would not transfer title to land, sovereign rights, genetic resources, or carbon and biodiversity rights.
Enrolled land remains under local law and national authorities. Consent, local rights, and program-specific agreements come first.
The linkage identifies a defined hectare and the evidence behind its conservation.
The OAC is designed as an interest in a holder-owned investment vehicle. It is not a carbon credit or a guaranteed return.
Any offering would be made only to verified eligible investors under applicable offering and disclosure documents.
